PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN CALON PENGANTIN :

Abstract

Tercapainya Derajat Kesehatan Masyarakat dimulai dari kelompok terkecil yaitu keluarga. Salah satu yang dapat dipersiapkan untuk membentuk keluarga yang sehat dan berkualitas adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi sebelum pernikahan. Hasil survey yang dilakukan di KUA Balik Bukit menunujukkan pendidikan kespro yang diberikan pada saat kursus catin belum optimal, bahkan masih ditemukan 2 (dua) kasus penelentaran bayi akibat kehamilan tidak diinginkan, hal ini karena ketidak tahuan catin tersebut tentang kesehatan reptodukasi. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan Reproduksi Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Calon Pengantin Di KUA Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh calon pengantin yang ada di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Balik Bukit tahun 2020, sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 calon pengantin yang akan menikah, dengan Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Purposive sampling. Analisa bivariat menggunakan Uji T. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan calon pengantin sebelum diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi yaitu 61,042%, rata-rata pengetahuan calon pengantin sesudah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi yaitu 78,8%. Hasil menunjukan terjadi peningkatan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi sebesar 17,75.Hasil uji paired test didapatkan hasil P-Value 0,000 (<0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi terhadap pengetahuan calon pengatin di KUA Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2020. Saran : hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi bahan masukan dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi pada calon pengantin sehingga dapat memperluas cakupan penelitian terhadap pegetahuan kesehatan reproduksi

ABSTRACT

The achievement of the degree of public health starts from the smallest group, namely the family. One that can be prepared to form a healthy and quality family is to provide reproductive health education before marriage. The results of a survey conducted at KUA Balik Bukit showed reproductive health education provided at the catin course was not optimal, and even found 2 (two) cases of baby displacement due to unwanted pregnancy, this is because of the catin 'ignorance about reptodic health. With the aim of knowing influence Reproductive Health Counseling on the Level of Knowledge of the Prospective Bride at KUA Balik Bukit, West Lampung Regency 2020. This type of research is quantitative research..The population in this study were all brides and grooms in the Balik Bukit Community Health Center in 2020, the sample of this research is 12 brides who will marry, with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Bivariate analysis using the T test. The results of this study were obtained that the average knowledge of the bride before being given reproductive health counseling was 61.042%, the average knowledge of the bride and groom after being given reproductive health counseling was 78.8%. Paired test results obtained P-Value 0,000 (<0.05), which means there is an influencereproductive health education to the knowledge of prospective trainers in KUA Balik Bukit, West Lampung Regency in 2020. Suggestion: the results of this study are expected to be material input and development of science, especially knowledge of reproductive health in prospective brides so as to broaden the scope of research on reproductive health knowledge
