Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays a strategic role in creating jobs and enhancing economic independence. In the era of globalization and technological advancement, entrepreneurial skills are crucial in preparing young generations to face increasingly competitive job markets. Design Thinking as a method often used by experts to develop businesses based on user input, technology, and solutions. The implementation of community service activities at SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School  was attended by 66 grade XI students. The implementation of community service activities used three methods, namely lectures, discussions, and practical simulations. The results of the general evaluation showed that this training was successful and had a positive impact on the participants, especially grade XI students who are included in generation Z. Positive results and received good assessments in various aspects. Based on the assessment scale of 1-5 applied, most participants gave scores above average, namely in the range of 4 (Good) to 5 (Very Good), which indicates that this training succeeded in meeting the expectations and needs of the participants
