Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer suffered by women worldwide. In Indonesia, uterine cancer ranks first, 65% of patients are in advanced stages. In a study in thirteen anatomical pathology laboratories in Indonesia, the frequency of cervical cancer sufferers was around 18.5%. The aim is to increase mothers' knowledge about cervical cancer by conducting IVA examinations and the targets are women of childbearing age. Cervical cancer can be prevented by primary prevention, namely the administration of the HPV vaccine and secondary prevention, namely effective cervical cancer screening. The implementation of this community service activity was attended by 15 women of childbearing age in the Madukoro PKM Work Area. Prevention and to cervical cancer sufferers is the discovery of new cases of cervical cancer, providing information about Prevention and to cervical cancer sufferers in women of childbearing age through a question and answer lecture method with the help of media used, namely booklets and health guidebooks. Activities to conduct cervical cancer screening and IVA test examinations can help make participants aware of the importance of maintaining sexual relations.   Keywords: Cervical Cancer, IVA test examination
