Implementasi Corporate Life Cycle Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the corporate life cycle is implemented on dividend policy. The population used in the research was 184 companies in the manufacturing industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020. This research uses purposive sampling where the sample is determined based on certain criteria, resulting in a total of 9 companies that meet the criteria as samples. The data analysis technique regression with the SPSS 21 program. The results of this research show that the corporate life cycle has a significant influence on dividend policy. The results of this analysis provide information that a company's high Retained To Equity indicates that the company is at a mature stage so that the dividends distributed to shareholders are increasing.
