Analisis Pengaruh Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pendidik pada SPN Polda Lampung

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of competence, work discipline, and the work environment on educator performance at the Lampung Regional Police Academy. A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design was employed. All 106 educators were included as the sample using a census technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by t-tests and an F-test. The results show that competence, work discipline, and the work environment have positive and significant effects on educator performance, both partially and simultaneously. Competence was identified as the most dominant factor influencing performance. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening competence, enforcing work discipline, and creating a supportive work environment to improve educator performance.
