Anemia is defined as low hemoglobin levels. Anemia in adolescent girls can continue into adulthood and into motherhood with anemia. During pregnancy, anemia increases the risk of postpartum hemorrhage, low-weight babies, premature births, and stillbirths. Anemia prevention programs can be carried out by providing health education about anemia, one of which is the use of digital media. The population in this study were all grade X students at SMKN 1 Negerikaton, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Samples were taken as many as 84 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis with univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results of univariate analysis were that most respondents had insufficient knowledge, namely 50 respondents (59.5%) and most respondents had a low level of compliance, namely 57 respondents (67.9%). The results of bivariate analysis with the chi-square test are with a p value of 0.002, this shows that there is a significant relationship between knowledge about anemia and compliance with TTD consumption.
