Abstract
Antenatal care (ANC) sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan awal dari faktor resiko kehamilan. Berdasarkan data Kabupaten Mesuji, diketahui bahwa kunjungan K1 100 % dan K4 sebesar 92,46%, dengan kunjungan K4 tertinggi di Puskesmas Wiralaga sebesar 100% dan terendah di Puskesmas Sidomulyo sebesar 40,5% sedangkan Puskesmas Tanjung Mas Makmur sebesar 81,6%. salah satu faktor yang dapat berhubungan dengan pemeriksaan kehamilan adalah dukungan suami (budaya patriartki). Tujuan penelitian ini diketahui hubungan budaya patriarki terhadap keteraturan pemeriksaan kehamilan pada ibu hamil di wilayah Puskesmas Tanjung Mas Makmur Kabupaten Mesuji.
Penelitian kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil dengan usia kehamilan ≥ 36 minggu sebanyak 51, sampel sebanyak 51 pengambilan sampel secara total populasi. Objek dalam penelitian adalah: budaya patriarki dan keteraturan kunjungan kehamilan ibu hamil. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan Maret – April 2021 di Wilayah Puskesmas Tanjung Mas Makmur Kabupaten Mesuji. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (Chi square).
Diketahui distribusi frekuensi responden yang bukan budaya patriarki yaitu sebanyak 22 (43,1%) responden, dan budaya patriarki sebanyak 29 (56,9%) responden, pemeriksaan secara teratur sebanyak 33 (64,7%) responden melakukan dan responden yang melakukan pemeriksaan secara tidak teratur yaitu sebanyak 18 (35,3%) responden. Ada hubungan budaya patriarki terhadap keteraturan pemeriksaan kehamilan pada ibu hamil di wilayah Puskesmas Tanjung Mas Makmur Kabupaten Mesuji (p-value=0,002 OR = 12,308). Saran kepada suami agar memberi motivasi serta dukungan yang optimal pada ibu hamil, seperti mengantarkan ibu untuk melakukan pemeriksaan.

Antenatal care (ANC) is an effort for preventing early pregnancy risk factors. Based on the data from Mesuji Regency, it is known that K1 visits are 100% and K4 visits are 92.46%, with the highest K4 visits at Wiralaga Public Health Center as many as100% and the lowest at Sidomulyo Public Health Center as many as 40.5% while Tanjung Mas Makmur Public Health Center is 81.6%. One of the related factors to antenatal care is the husband's support (patriarchal culture). The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between patriarchal culture with pregnancy examination regularity on pregnant women at Tanjung Mas Makmur Public Health Center Mesuji Regency.
This research type is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this research were all 51 pregnant women with gestational age ≥ 36 weeks,51 samples were taken by the total population. The objects in the research were: patriarchal culture and pregnancy visit regularity of pregnant women. The research was conducted in March - April 2021 at Tanjung Mas Makmur Public Health Center Mesuji Regency. The data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis was univariate and bivariate (Chi-square).
It was known that the frequency distribution of respondents who didn't have patriarchal culture were 22 respondents (43.1%) and those who had patriarchal culture were 29 respondents (56.9%). Besides, 33 respondents (64.7%) conduct regular examination and the respondents didn't conduct regular examination as many as 18 respondents (35.3%). There was a correlation between patriarchal culture with pregnancy examination regularity on pregnant women at Tanjung Mas Makmur Public Health Center Mesuji Regency (p-value = 0.002 OR = 12.308). The suggestion to the husband for providing optimal motivation and support for pregnant women, such as accompanying the mother to do an examination.
