ASUHAN KEBIDANAN BERKELANJUTAN PADA NY. U DI PMB DESHA RIZKI MEGA PUTRI, S.KEB TANJUNG KARANG BARAT

Abstract

Continuity of Care (COC) is midwifery care carried out since pregnant women enter the third trimester followed by assistance during childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning. Continuous midwifery care was carried out on Mrs. U at PMB Desha Rizki Mega Putri, S.Keb in 2024. The research method used was descriptive research using the case study method. This study used seven Varney steps and the SOAP approach with Continuity Of Care care from pregnancy to family planning. The purpose of this activity is to provide continuous midwifery care from pregnancy to family planning with complementary therapy of dragon fruit and warm compresses. The results of this activity are increased Hb levels during pregnancy and reduced back pain during the first stage of labor.
